The registered capital of the company is HK$25.9 million, while the total investment has been well over US$20 million. YGM Clothing (Dongguan) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of YGM Trading Ltd, a public listed company (SEHK : 00375) in Hong Kong. The business activities of YGM Trading Ltd is closely connected with Yangtzekiang Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SEHK : 00294), as the major share holder of both companies is the Chan Family.

    YGM Clothing (Dongguan) Ltd is one of the major suits manufacturer in Guang Dong Province. YGM Clothing (Dongguan) Ltd bought the land of space 100 acres, and has built up its own production space of 25000' sq. meters.

    YGM Clohing has earned over 40 years experience in producing high quality Mens and Ladies suits, and over 80 % of the products is for export to the markets of HONG KONG, TAIWAN, JAPAN, U.K., GERMANY, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BERMUDA, BRAZIL and PANAMA etc.

    The workmanship of each garment produced by YGM Clothing (Dongguan) Ltd is strictly supervised by quality controllers from Hong Kong. All year round technicians from Japan and Italy are also stationed in the production plant to ensure the best standards in fashion trend, body fittings as well as tailoring technique are achieved and maintained.

    YGM Clothing (Dongguan) Ltd is located at Dongguan City has over 1000' employees covering 15 production lines for annual output about 0.7 million units in Mens Suits, Blazers, Coats, Jackets, Blousons, Dress Pants, Casual Slacks, Skirts and Dresses. Uniforms are also made at the factory.
